Innovative Dental Solutions enables team members of a dental practice to work more efficiently and productively by offering hands-on, in-office training. Based upon information gathered during an observation of the practice and a brainstorming session held with the doctor and staff, a customized coaching and system implementation program is created for the practice. The main focus of our advisors during the program is to establish systems that will promote productive results, teamwork, and feelings of accomplishment at the end of the day.
We achieve this by making the dental team part of the system development process which also encourages continued application and consistency. Our ultimate goal is to build a sustainable foundation of protocols and systems that team members will continue to utilize after the completion of the program.
